WOMEN FITNESS

Train in a group once or twice a week outdoors in small group circuit training sessions reserved for women. Combining bodyweight training, athletics, gymnastics, pilates, fitness, stretching, and science.

Friendly and motivating sessions to achieve your personal goals.

The duration of one training is 60 min.

Every SAT at 11:00.

1 x 60 min = 15 €

4 x 60 min = 55 €

8 x 60 min = 105 €
